A little enecdote: On set of the project I’m working on right now I was complaining about how a format that hasn’t done well anywhere and one that nobody seemed to love could be sold to Prosieben. And then I complained about all the flaws I saw in their version (which is basically the same as the US version) and how angry it made me. Here’s the twist: sitting right in front of me was (then unknown to me) the Prosieben guy responsible for that show. Well we don’t like each other anyway, but that was really really awkward…
