We’ve mentioned this at the Bar previously, and look out for a Plays Badly in due course, but it was announced yesterday that Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout, the battle royale video game inspired around knockabout physical gameshows like Takeshi’s Castle, Wipeout et al launches August 4th. You can pre-order it now on Steam for £15.99. It’s also coming to PS4.

BBC One now has The Wall AND The Wheel. I’m expecting commissions in the near future for The Well and The Whale.
Though from the description it sounds like it’s going to be more of a Ferris Wheel than a Wheel of Fortune…with a mix of Celebrity Squares perhaps?
Quick extra point of order: Fall Guys is coming to PS4 as a Playstation Plus freebie from launch… but it doesn’t have crossplay at least in the initial release, which is annoying.
