Junior Eurovision

By | November 30, 2013

Likely to be of interest to some, it’s the Junior Eurovision Song Contest tonight in Kiev, 6pm UK time. There only appear to be 12 countries participating so it shouldn’t go on too late.

It’s not being shown on television in the UK, but Twenty Questions Wrong‘s Ewan Spence will be on the commentary team for the official international live stream online and 98.8 Castle FM in Edinburgh.

Thanks Brig, show is 2hrs 15, 12 countries, big interval acts, and the traditional 1-12 scoring before a winner. Also, Made in Chelsea’s scriptwriter Alex Worrall has penned the words for the delightfully Matt Berry’esque hosts!

I’ll be tuning in. Not usually a Junior ESC fan, but it’ll be more enjoyable with a proper commentary, and Ewan is great value.

Fingers crossed for a country to win that hasn’t won Eurovision before, e.g. Malta or San Marino. Nearly time to find out!
