New content! I’ve done a feature on Cash Crash for you.

But that’s not all! Yesterday we watched Opdenhovel’s Countdown (some fun ideas, but I don’t love the reformatting I don’t think). And after that we chanced across the German lottery show on ARD. And it’s Music From Pages From Ceefax-tastic!

Nice.

Don’t forget it’s Game Seven of the BSOP this evening at 8pm and it’s open to anyone who fancies a game regardless of if they’ve got a chance to win the league or not. $5.50 is the stake, so come and join us!

To answer the question everybody is asking to find this site…

Yes, the episodes of Tipping Point on during April/May 2013 are repeats. The third series films soon.

We’re going to have a feature on the recently comissioned (in Germany) Cash Crash for you this weekend, and on Sunday night it’s game seven of the BSOP -as it warms up outside, it’s warming up on the felt. It’s open to anyone who wants to play and is willing to stake the $5.50 stake, so come and join us.

The clue’s on the screen but WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

So new Catchphrase. It’s OK! It’s like someone’s done a tracing of the original but with thick marker pen, so it’s lost some of the definition but is still basically Catchphrase.

Hey, why not “join the discussion” as they’d say on BBC News 24 or something, we’re having a chat about it here.

One thing that strikes me as being slightly odd about the show is its fascination of mazes in it’s opening title sequences despite the show having nothing to do with them, the original of which still is the best:

A-maze-ing.

A-maze-ing.

A-maze-ing.

AXED.

Poker Sunday, 8pm, free to play.

This week we’re playing the fun 2-7 Triple Draw as part of our Mix It Up Real Good series, and it’s open to anyone who fancies a game.

In other news, several people have posted this so I’ll repost it here so it’s easy to see, here’s the most recent episode of popular Japanese adventure dodgeball game Battle For Money. Apparently there’s a new episode of Run For Money this weekend as well.

Unfortunately I’m working this weekend, but NEXT weekend I intend to do a feature on Cash Crash which has been picked up for a series following a successful pilot on RTL earlier in the year. It’s also being shopped around as a multi-team format Don’t Drop the Money, but I’ve seen bits of it and it’s poor in comparison.

Meanwhile new sitcom The Security Men got five million last night, the campaign for series two of Cannon and Ball’s Casino starts now.
