Season 34 of <strong>Fort Boyard<\/strong> begins on Saturday night on France 2 for another nine episodes, 8:10-ish pm UK time although it&#8217;s usually late (9:10 on the continent), and this year Pere Fouras has another 9 strategies for shaking the format up weekly, although some have returned from last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New cells involve clambering across the oars of a pirate ship, climbing up a pinball table, setting clocks on a spinny floor, Sumo Ball off of <strong>Gladiators<\/strong>, snake-filled catacombs and doubtless many new mini-events. Episodes are unnecessarily followed by <strong>Fort Boyard&#8217;s <s>Bit On The Side<\/s> Toujours Plus Fort!<\/strong> for three hours of adventure and comedy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last year France 2 turned off their geo-blocking between 8-11 and if you&#8217;re lucky <a href=\"https:\/\/www.france.tv\/france-2\/\">they might do the same again this year<\/a>. Otherwise it would be useful if you had a decent VPN, so you could watch on catch-up if you wanted. I also use Microsoft Edge which previously had been translating the subtitles in real time which is a gamechanger, although I can&#8217;t make any guarantees this would still be the case.
