UK <strong>Big Brother<\/strong> Elementfour theme? A classic &#8211; tweaked a few times but not much more than that. Australian <em>Big Brother<\/em> theme? Remixed dance versions of the original Dutch one &#8211; by and large well worth anyone&#8217;s money. Which brings us to the <strong>Gran Hermano\/Grande Fratello<\/strong> theme &#8211; basically Spain and Italy&#8217;s Mediaset version of Big Brother and it&#8217;s great!
