Get it right and they were awarded either some saucepans or a handpump to help bail the boat they&#8217;d be sitting in round two with. Get it wrong and they were lumbered with luggage or (if I recall correctly), a large wooden cat to weigh the boat down with. In the Sea of Matrimony the couples sat in boats with holes in and were asked questions, get it wrong and a family member would join them in the boat. The first couple to capsize is eliminated from the competition.
