It seems the show has been successful enough that it&#8217;s now being parodied quite regularly, not only in <em>Shooting Stars<\/em>, but <em>The Impressions Show<\/em> on BBC1 did a take off of it\u00a0last week\u00a0as well.<\/p>\n<p>It will be especially interesting to see the numbers\u00a0&#8211; it floundered a bit in the Spring when stuck on its own in the schedules but as a lead in to <strong>The X Factor<\/strong> last year it was getting 5-6 million. Being scheduled around <em>The\u00a0X Factor<\/em> is no guarantee of success as <strong>Holding Out For a Hero<\/strong> has shown, and not only is <em>Countryfile<\/em> currently performing very well but it will also have <strong>Strictly<\/strong> to contend with.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>7pm, ITV1 The fourth series of The Cube begins this evening featuring brand new games but the same old cube.
