Thanks to Gizmodo, we’ve learnt that Sky’s streaming service NowTV are doing a flash sale – £1 for a two month entertainment pass.
So if you’re looking for a cheap way to watch Comedy Central’s upcoming Gods of the Game starting March 9th, from the people behind Bother’s Bar favourite Wild Things, there’s your (and my) in. I don’t know how long this flash sale lasts for. Edit: Looks like March 1st.
Remember to cancel your pass before the two months is up or you’ll be charged £8.99 per month until you do (although perhaps you’ll be alright with that).

Here’s a show that sets its stall out quickly: C4 newsreader Jon Snow’s here and he’s going to be asking some very hard questions. For an hour.
Two teams will be battling it out in what looks like a single-elimination knockout tournament for a trophy (if the advert is anything to go by).
They’re bigging up the questions, so we’re intrigued to see if they’re actually as difficult as they say they are, and if they are is it still fun and entertaining? Say what you like about Only Connect, but the creativity on show with regards to the questions still makes it an intriguing watch even if you don’t know the answers. I hope it’s not just Slow University Challenge.
I won’t be able to watch the first ones live, so I’m interested in your thoughts, do leave them in the comments.
…or perhaps not, it looks like Celebrity Game Night is returning with ten more episodes being filmed in March at Elstree (Tickets SRO).
The first series didn’t seem to do particularly well as I recall, and I found the Brits playing at being American aspect a bit odd, but there you go, knock yourselves out.

Possibly of interest (we have mentioned them before), Jelle’s Marble Runs, a Youtube channel that specialises in lengthy marble courses to entertain and amuse, have followed up their Marble Olympics series with the inaugural Marbula 1 race this weekend just gone. I love the opening ceremony and the high drama the race provides.
