Couple of bits I spotted last night, little too long for Twitter so they’ll come straight here:

First off, while channel surfing last night I spotted a new quiz going out as part of the ‘BSL Zone’ on Together. Sign2Win was presented entirely in British Sign Language (with English subs) and the rounds were a range of visual tests, from a Gen Game conveyor belt-style memory test, to a ‘name this slowly-revealed image’, to ‘how many words can you sign using this specific gesture’. Three teams of two, the lower-scoring leaving halfway. Ivy Garfield (? – ironically the credits were a bit harder to read than the subtitles) hosts, a Drummer TV production. For those who don’t know, BSL Zone is signed programming jointly funded by various smaller channels as an alternative to signing their own shows individually., as per Ofcom regulations.

In other news, this is naked, alone and racing to get back:

Strip out the nudity and it’s a fairly classic ‘point A to point B’ format, one wonders if they could nick some tasks from a certain other Avalon show to give the trekkers something to puzzle over en route, though maybe that’s a whole separate show in itself! But if you’re out walking this summer and spy a couple of random nudes being tailed by a camera crew, do feel free to direct them toward food and warmth…
