It’s the team mate bit that makes me think it probably isn’t, I know you say it’s reformatted but I’m not sure how to make Poker Face work with pairs.
It’s not Poker Face as the format’s part owned by Fremantle, Hello Dolly isn’t owned by them.
Incidentally Hello Dolly is FOTB Stuart Shawcross’ outfit, and they’re usually pretty good if not quite must watch.
