Does Junior Taskmaster count as a “new” format?
Yes, UKGS has plenty of Junior Xs even if they just link to the original so I think that can be accepted.

For Fame or Shame?! No, agree, can see it being the former, especially if people use all their votes. Probably it or Gladiators to win. HoS is more difficult to predict but I reckon an ITV Top 5.

Possibly a little late, but does Slag Wars: The Next Destroyer count as a revival? It last aired in 2020.
