Amazon Prime from 26th June
Romesh is back and he’s back on Amazon Prime as they try and find a third pillar to go alongside Last One Laughing and Clarkson’s Farm, this one features 10 Content Creators (TM) who you’ve definitely heard of flown out to a remote location where a game usually played hypothetically is played for real. Contestants are posed a “would you rather?” question and split into teams and given a challenge, winning the challenge means safety and the ability to decide more things for the group.
Not sure Decide to Survive rolls off the tongue as a subtitle, but I guess they had to have something to differentiate itself. Anyway, let us know what you think in the comments.

An episode into this and it’s… quite fun? I question whether the task had enough to it to warrant fifteen-twenty minutes but it was decently designed. The elimination contest is very Taskmaster. Some of the decisions are amusingly creative.
There’s an element of having your cake and eating it – if you like annoying YouTubers you have ten annoying YouTubers. If you don’t like annoying YouTubers you’ve got Romesh taking the piss out of them quite well.
Intrigued to see the direction it goes in going forward.
Second task good as well! Surprisingly close finishes considering.
The tedious not-really-cliffhangers can sod off though, obviously.
Would this be appropriate to watch with my seven year old child? (Foul language, etc.)
I think it’s closer to a 15 to be honest, certainly a 12A. Swearing, innuendo, episode four I probably wouldn’t watch whilst eating dinner.
OK, thanks for the advice!
Really interested to see if this cracks BARB – not a LOL sized hit, but purely anecdotally it’s had a little bit of cut-through, amusingly I’ve had a couple of people IRL ask if I’d seen it as they’d enjoyed it, and I saw an advert for it on a bus stop this afternoon.
Finally finished this – enjoyed it (episode cycle notwithstanding), even if the final decision was as hackneyed as they come. I think everyone came across well, fascinated to see who benefited more from doing it – Amazon or the content creators.
