I agree that Colin Murray is an understandable name people will throw around due to his chair-warming stint. Personally, I wouldn’t mind seeing him take over full time but Channel 4 might decide on someone completely new! Maybe Richard Ayoade as a pay-off for their shabby treatment of his tenure as Crystal Maze host?
Richard Ayoade is better suited to Street Countdown.
Channel 4 announced back in August that they would hold a “Black Takeover Day“, on which every single programme broadcast that day would be hosted by black talent. They may well hire a black presenter now so it’s one less head hunt in the long run.
