Meanwhile, three lines of story that sounds intriguing regarding Perfection. The way it’s worded makes it sound a bit like the My Little Genius fiasco from a little while ago, but without the details that’s extreme extrapolation. Does anyone from 12 Yard want to clarify? Edit: Right, it looks like some contestants could see information in a monitor that should have been shielded. Amazing. 26 of 30 episodes to be refilmed – effectively two series for the price of one.

I can think of two answers which I’d argue are viable for number 8, and I’d be surprised if there weren’t more. I did feel one of those two answers fit better than the other, so that’s the one I put.

I suggested we bring back the 3rd place playoff (which we are) but a number of specials were suggested by the BBC.
If 12-Yard had to junk about 87% of their completed episodes of “Perfection”, what does that mean for the contestants on these twenty-six shows. And how did this situation come to light? Did somebody blow the whistle on somebody else? Did some canny contestant realize what was happening, and take advantage during gameplay?
I’m sure that more information will come out in due course. It’ll be interesting to see what happens.

So that’s why ITV are planning to charge for HD channels on Sky – to bankroll schoolboy errors like this!
Still, that unless they find a wizz with Final Cut Pro in the editsuite who can cut the original audience into the new shows – that may mean another unexpected opportunity to go and see it filmed again.
