With thanks to TV’s Greg Scott for uploading this (his Twitter, his Youtube), a full episode of The Noel Edmonds Saturday Roadshow, the missing link between The Late Late Breakfast Show and Noel’s House Party. There’s plenty of the gunge tank game segment In Other Words on Youtube, but this is the first full episode as far as I know. Great stuff.
It was basically NHP except with a different set each week, lots of the features carried over.
Greg’s Youtube page also has an episode of old school That’s Showbusiness on it, with Kenny Everett and Gloria Hunniford as team captains.

And because it bridged ‘The Late Late’.. And House Party it was a clever way of smuggling Noel back onto Saturday evening television. As it was pre-recorded, it was basically a two series try out for the live shows again.
In fact when House Party started, the first show could have been a ‘Road show’ from a country house.

I am loving the influx of Saturday Roadshow that have appeared on Youtube this week, the opening monologues have puns that are really tortured (in a good way) and the Gotchas are teriffic. Imagine set designing 16 different sets for three years.
