Epic moment on Italian TV
Giancarlo Magalli is doing his usual morning game: he calls a randomly chosen number and awards money if the called person was watching the show.
Last Wednesday Magalli tried to call a lady in Bolzano but instead a woman with a German accent (quite common in Bolzano) informed the host that the lucky winner just passed away.
Awkward!
I’d like to think the money at least went in the direction of her family.
There’s a Best of Can’t Touch This at 4:45 on BBC1 today if you’re that way inclined.
