They Might

Right, I’ve not really been following the Eurovision selection process this year but Blue’s I Can, the UK entry, got it’s first showing on Graham Norton last night.

I don’t think it’s completely awful actually, although it’s no Bubblin’, obviously.

Yes good old Schofe, who says only eastern Europe ever win! Has he not watched for the last 2 years?

I think it’s alright, but I keep thinking it’s going to break into Love the Way You Lie by Eminem feat. Rihanna.

How will it work in the live Eurovision setting with all that weird autotune/echo sound? It also depends on performance. I can’t imagine anything high energy from Blue, I mean, aren’t they all in their thirties now.

    I don’t hate it but it isn’t a winner.

Brig, can I do your Eurovision overview this year for you, in that case?

You can trust me, I have an A in GCSE Music. You know, back when that was actually worth something.

This is, in every possible way, terrible. the only thing they could do to make it worse was to have Justin Beiber, Hannah Montana, and the Jonas Brothers sign backup for it.
I wonder why, after the success of 2009, they don’t try more songs like “It’s My Time”? That song was actually decent, unlike this year’s and last year’s.

If this is fake Joe again, you’re very droll…

if this is real Joe again, I’m concerned for you. It’s beginning to seem like you just disagree with the common consensus for fun now!

Anyway, now I’ve listened, I don’t like the song. Not one bit.

But it IS the kind that would get votes. I’d predict it’d do a little bit worse than France last year. Around the low-teens. Certainly not a winner.

Actually, yes. Although when we send cheese it’s not the right sort.

I need to come up with more ways to start a sentence, obviously.
