Hat tip to @tvlive this morning for bringing to my attention the first episode of legendary BBC kids show Get Your Own Back has been uploaded to Youtube and goodness it looks rather sparse. I didn’t remember there being an actual Brain Box booth at all, although always quite enjoyed the first round. I hope an episode with the Video Nasty round two comes up at some point because I’m beginning to think I’ve made it up.

The golden age of this era of the show in my eyes (before it went all arena-y) was the first series on the fairground set which expanded a little on the established format with some quite good ideas especially in the “It’s Puzzle Time” segment.
Old-skool Get Your Own Back, there. The show began in 1991 and they made new episodes for 13 years.
I have to think this is the real last throw of the dice for Amazing Race here in the US- the spring season just announced the cast. The twist is all the teams are well-known on various forms of Social Media (YouTube/Instagram/Vine)….At least the teams know each other I guess…
